Millwall are looking to make a late move to sign West Bromwich Albion striker Kenneth Zohore, as per Mike McGrath on Twitter.

The Albion have one point from their opening four games in the Premier League and have signed Karlan Grant in order to try and add goals to the team.

Zohore, though, has never looked like being an option the Baggies would consider for this season and has been up for an exit for much of the window, with a move to Millwall now potentially in the offing.

Indeed, Mike McGrath has revealed that negotiations over a move are underway:

The Verdict

The Lions will be looking to challenge for the play-offs again this season in the Championship and in Zohore they have a player that has won promotion before - though his time at Cardiff was more successful than at West Brom on a personal level.

If he can find the form he had at the Bluebirds he could prove an asset for the men from Bermondsey and he'll be eager to show that he's more than got enough to do exactly that after a tough spell with the Baggies.

He's a hard-working forward and Lions fans should like him, providing the deal goes through.
