Millwall are apparently looking at Motherwell man Chris Cadden this summer, according to Scottish publication the Daily Record.

The Lions have been going about their business with minimum fuss so far this window and you can't say that you'd expect anything less from Neil Harris' side.

Certainly, though, they'll be determined to add the right players in order to build on last season's play-off challenge and it seems as though Cadden is on their radar.

The 21-year-old winger really caught the eye last season in Scotland as he helped Motherwell come close to some domestic silverware and it looks as though clubs south of the border are keen.

Indeed, the report suggests that Wigan are also taking a closer look at the wide-man with the Scottish side hoping for around £1m before they let him go.

The Verdict

Cadden is beginning to make a name for himself and it'd be a typical Harris signing to get him in and see him really flourish at the Den.

He is young and will need time to adapt but if the Lions sign him he's going to get plenty of support in order to really kick on.
