It’s been an impressive start to the season for Leeds United, with Marcelo Bielsa’s side recording two emphatic victories in the Sky Bet Championship.

Bielsa will be looking to keep expectations grounded at Elland Road, but there is no denying that his side, which is made up of players from last season’s failing squad, look impressive.

Leeds have opted for the same starting XI in both their Championship fixtures so far, although changes are expected to be made when Leeds are in action in the Carabao Cup.

However, some players find themselves firmly on the fringe of Bielsa’s squad, with opportunities not looking like they will come in either the Championship or in the cup competitions.

The loan transfer window is remaining open until the end of August, with it still possible that we will see departures between now and the end of the month.

Here at FLW, we take a look at TWO players who need to be pushing for a move away…

De Bock now has Tom Pearce and Barry Douglas ahead of him, with that duo likely to feature at left-back in the Carabao Cup and Championship respectively.

For De Bock, he will be limited to appearances in the under-23s, something that won’t sit well with the Belgian full-back.

He really needs to be pushing for a move in the coming week.

There are plenty of people at Leeds who want to see the Japanese midfielder be a success, however, it doesn’t seem like Bielsa will be using him in his first-team squad.

The 21-year-old midfielder will look to have an impact for the under-23s, but there is no doubt that Leeds owe him the opportunity to go play first-team football elsewhere.

It will have to be the right move for the player, but Leeds should be looking to help Ideguchi secure a transfer.
