Middlesbrough have had their 2022/23 fixtures released this morning, with Chris Wilder’s side beginning their campaign against West Bromwich Albion at the Riverside Stadium. 

It’s been confirmed that fixture will be live on Sky Sports on Saturday 30th July, with a 5:30pm kick-off.

Boro then travel to Queens Park Rangers on the second weekend of the season, before facing Sheffield United (H), Stoke City (A), Reading FC (A), Swansea City (H) and Watford (A) before the end of August.

Wigan Athletic visit the Riverside Stadium on Boxing Day, whilst Birmingham City away will be the first fixture of 2023.

Other standout fixtures include Sunderland, who visit Middlesbrough on September 3rd, with Boro heading to the Stadium of Light for the reverse fixture on January 21st 2023.

Boro’s season concludes against Coventry City at the Riverside on May 6th 2023.
