Football League World head to The Riverside Stadium tonight as Middlesbrough host Birmingham City in the Championship.

The Teessiders have enjoyed a run of six games without defeat in the last month, but after suffering back-to-back defeats against Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham last week, the focus will be on getting back to winning ways.

Their latest result was a 1-0 defeat at Craven Cottage - a result which appeared to be the result of a hectic run of fixtures which has been taken on by fairly small pool of first team players.

However that shouldn't detract from what has been a much-improved run of form under Jonathan Woodgate.

After a difficult start to life in the hotseat, Woodgate has really found his feet and looks to be leading the team into an exciting period of change.

A number of young players have been handed a chance under the Middlesbrough favourite, and while injuries have played a part in that, those prospects will be hoping that the Boro boss doesn't look to rotate them out of the team for the clash with the Blues.

In the opposition camp it’s a similar tale.

Birmingham City have shown glimpses of promise so far this term, but a leaky defence has often seen them come unstuck as they sit one place behind Middlesbrough in 18th.

As our graphic shows, Pep Clotet's side are likely to rely on former Boro boy Lukas Jutkiewicz who has contributed an impressive nine goals so far this term - an impressive tally given their lowly league position.

Away from the frontman, the Blues will be hoping that wonderkid Jude Bellingham can provide some magic.

Can you remember these former Middlesbrough strikers? Let's find out!

The 16-year-old has been one of Birmingham City's best players this term leading to reported interest from Manchester United.

If he can show the sort of form which has attracted such interest then it could be a tough night for Middlesbrough.

However if Jonathan Woodgate's side can get back to what they were showing before their London double-header then they'll be confident of getting back to winning ways.
