The latest weekend of Championship action is nearly here and it’s bound to be another intriguing one with plenty of games to look forward to.
Indeed, we’ve got the Steel City Derby and Nottingham Forest’s trip to Aston Villa to take in whilst Middlesbrough fans will be hoping their side can notch up an important win over Fulham.
Certainly, both sides will feel as though they will be strong enough to get into the play-offs come the end of the campaign but it seems as though one Boro star could be a little bit more stronger.
Indeed, Head of Physical Performance at Boro, Sean Rush, has recently posted this video to his Twitter account showing how he knocked Adama Traore to the ground with seeming ease:

For sure, then, the winger will probably feel a bit embarrassed in falling to the ground under the challenge but we’re sure this will all get taken in good light.
Certainly, he’s been a key part of Boro’s season so far and will surely continue as that for the rest of the season – even if he sometimes ends up on the floor as full-backs try to take him out of the game.
Adama Traore has started well this season and will be looking to continue in that form until the end of the season.
Certainly, he’s shown on the pitch that he is more than capable of taking on challenges and delivering the products but this video may suggest he could get even stronger.
