Middlesbrough will be looking to get over the disappointment of losing out in the playoffs last season as manager Tony Pulis has a full summer to assess and reshape his squad if need be.

Pulis did a good job to take over from Garry Monk and guide the club into the top six, and despite falling at the semi final stage, he will be confident he has a squad at his disposal for next season which can really challenge right at the top.

As Pulis does indeed look to add new players to his squad, he will of course be looking at his current crop of players and eyeing up where he can make money, move players on, or simply improve on the current player in a certain position.

We at FLW think that one man in particular is going to be getting moved on, and that is £9m-rated defender Ben Gibson.

The big defender has been a mainstay of the Boro team for a number of seasons now, and attracted a whole host of attention last season with some solid performances.

However, with that comes the prospect of Pulis wanting to cash in, and despite his value on Transfermarkt, Boro owner Steve Gibson would be confident of getting  hefty chunk more than that in today's market.

Solid, good in the air, and not too shabby with the ball at his feet, Gibson would have a whole host of clubs interested if Boro do decide to sell.

Boro fans, would you agree? Time to cash in? Let us know your thoughts!
