Middlesbrough take on Leeds United tomorrow night in the Championship in a big game in terms of the top six fight.

However, with the way the weather is at the moment it looks as though it is going to prove a tense wait to see if the match goes ahead.

As things stand, though, the game on Teesside is still going ahead and it is clear a lot of work is being done to try and make sure that remains the case right up until kick-off.

Indeed, Boro have posted this latest update ahead of the match that shows that, despite more snow overnight, they are continuing to try and clear it ahead of tomorrow's game:

Some seriously impressive work is going on up at the Riverside right now, then, and so now the hope must be that it's all worth it and the game goes ahead.

The Verdict

It's going to be touch and go right up until kick-off at the Riverside but it's clear that the aim is for this game to go ahead.

More snow will surely be on the way but if they can keep things clear until the game begins surely they'll be able to play this fixture as normal.
