Burton Albion defender Damien McCrory has signed a new two-year deal with Burton Albion
Gary Rowett’s men, who lost out in the play-offs last season have signed the former Plymouth Argyle player until 2016.
The former Republic of Ireland under 19 international played 47 games for the Brewers last season.
McCrory signed for Burton in June 2012 from Dagenham & Redbridge and has since played 99 games in his two-year spell at the Pirelli Stadium.
Having starting his career with then Championship side Plymouth Argyle in 2008, the 24-year-old failed to make an appearance at Home Park and he was sent on loan to Port Vale and Grimsby during his time in the South West.
He signed for Dagenham in February 2010 and made 86 appearances for the London club.
After finishing runners-up to Fleetwood at Wembley in the play-off final in May, McCrory becomes the 10th player to commit their future to the Staffordshire club.
