Norwich City are set for another crack at the Premier League next season.

The Canaries suffered relegation last term after failing to adapt to life in the top flight, meaning that this season they faced the challenge of securing promotion all over again.

Over the years various clubs have showed that there are no guarantees that relegated clubs are able to go straight back up and so Daniel Farke's side faced a big challenge.

Thankfully he had some wonderful players to help them to do just that, including Max Aarons.

The full-back has been one of the most consistent performers in the Championship this term leading to reported interest from the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Everton.

But while uncertainly will continue about the player's future, it seems that Aarons is firmly focused on celebrating with his teammates.

Aarons took to social media after their clash with Bournemouth, and said: "Anyway, we are back!"

Norwich have already secured promotion with four matches remaining and so will now focus on wrapping up the title - something that they can do on Tuesday evening when they host second placed Watford.

The verdict

You have to congratulate Norwich City for what has been an excellent season.

The Canaries have rarely looked like slipping up in their pursuit of promotion and for that Daniel Farke and his team deserve real credit.

The challenge now will be on ensuring that they're able to mix it with the big boys in the Premier League and ensure that they don't immediate drop back to life in the second tier.
