Brennan Johnson enjoyed a superb night for Nottingham Forest as they won 3-1 at Barnsley.
The Wales international started in a fluid front three for the Reds, which also included Joe Lolley and Philip Zinckernagel.
But a tactical change on the hour mark saw Forest move up a gear, with Lewis Grabban providing a focal point and making an instant impact.
Grabban’s first touch saw him play Johnson through on goal, with the attacker bursting away with ease before squaring to Zinckernagel, who rolled the ball into an empty net.
But having been a provider for that goal, Johnson helped Forest turn the game on its head, latching onto Zinckernagel’s pass and firing beyond Brad Collins to give the Reds a 2-1 lead.
Forest made it 3-1 late on when Lewis Grabban’s tapped home at the far post, with Johnson’s pace helping to blow Barnsley away.
He took to Instagram to deliver a very simple two-word message, with Matty Cash responding:

The decision to play Johnson on the last man last night worked absolute wonders.
Forest had so much pace in transition and on the counter, and it made impossible for Barnsley to sit back and contain them.
He beat the offside trap on so many occasions, and the timing of each run was just superb.
This is a part of his game which has come up leaps and bounds in the last 18 months, and Forest fans will hope to see more of the same.
