Second place Burton Albion travel to stragglers Fleetwood Town in the Sky Bet League One this afternoon, looking to get back to winning ways after last week's setback against Walsall.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's Burton Albion will look to get back to winning ways when they travel to Fleetwood this afternoon (3pm kick-off)

Hasselbaink's men have made a fantastic start to the season following promotion from League Two in May. The Brewers have picked up 25 points from 36, which leaves them in a fantastic position coming into their forthcoming games.

Burton have certainly been a surprise package this year in the division - very few people would have thought that after 12 games they would be near the top of the table and pushing for promotion.

However, defeat to Walsall last time out in a top-of-the-table clash ended a unbeaten run of five matches, of which they won four, yet they have already proved this season that they have the character to bounce back after defeats. After their two previous losses this season, the Brewers then went on to win their next three games.

Fleetwood are currently second from bottom in the table and go into the game having suffered a 1-0 defeat last time out against Coventry City - a fifth league defeat on the bounce. New manager Steven Pressley has just taken over following the departure of Graham Alexander, and he will be searching for his first league win as Cod Army boss this weekend.

This match is set up to be fascinating as both teams are in need of three points.

If Burton become victorious, they could move back into top spot, although that depends on how Walsall get on at home to Chesterfield.

Defeat for Fleetwood could see them to go bottom of the table, although with it being early days and having a new manager under their belt, Fleetwood have more than enough time to stave off relegation.
