Cardiff City will be looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the Championship season when they travel to Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon.
After opening the campaign with three draws, Russell Slade’s men recorded their first win last weekend as they put Wolverhampton Wanderers to the sword 2-0.
The Bluebirds bowed out of the Capital One Cup at the hands of MK Dons on Tuesday, but are now able to focus on the league and pushing for a return to the Premier League.
They will fancy their chances against Forest, having won each of the last three meetings.
Dougie Freedman’s men are unbeaten in their last three matches, after their first-round cup exit to League One Walsall and opening-day defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion.
They should have picked up all three points against Bolton Wanderers last time out, only to be denied by Stephen Dobbie’s stoppage-time equaliser at the Macron Stadium.
