TEAM NEWS -

The Wanderers head into the game on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Leeds United before the international break, and currently sit 22nd in the league table. Mark Davies will be hoping to make his first competitive appearance since March, as he has recently returned to full fitness after suffering a broken toe during pre-season. Liam Trotter, Mark Tierney, David Wheater and Sanmi Odelusi are all set for a long spell on the sidelines, whilst Kevin McNaughton and Dean Moxey hope to make a return after slight injury concerns kept them out of the last two games. New signing Owen Garvan from Crystal Palace is set to take place on the bench, but no other signings have been announced as of yet.

Wednesday boss Stuart Gray will be without captain Glenn Loovens, as he serves his first of his three match suspension, but Gray has Kamil Zayatte and new recruit Claude Dielna in contention for the Championship clash this weekend. Former Real Madrid winger, Royston Drenthe, is set to make his debut for Wednesday, after he completed a loan deal from Reading on Deadline Day, whilst Hallam Hope is set to sit on the sidelines, after he finalised a loan deal from Everton. There are new injury concerns for The Owls, so a similar side that were beaten 1-0 by leaders Nottingham Forest will take to the field once again.
