Portsmouth's push for League One promotion continued on Saturday afternoon, as they ran out 2-0 winners over Sunderland at Fratton Park.

In a game which they largely enjoyed the better of the chances, it was Christian Burgess who opened the scoring for Kenny Jackett's side on his 200th appearance for the club, heading in Ronan Curtis' corner with 25 minutes on the clock.

It would again be Curtis who would provide the assist for Pompey's second goal, with James Bolton turning in the Irishman's cross at close range to secure all three points for the hosts.

That win makes it eight straight victories in all competitions for Portsmouth, and has lifted them to sixth in the League One table, two points clear of the Black Cats in seventh.

Taking to Twitter to react to their side's latest win, plenty of Portsmouth fans were unsurprisingly delighted with their teams result and performance.

Here, we take a look at what some of them had to say.
