Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Massimo Luongo has said that he’s feeling good ahead of the club’s 2021/22 campaign with the Owls planning for life in Sky Bet League One.
The former Queens Park Rangers player has had some frustrating fitness problems during his time at Hillsborough but there is no doubting his quality when he is fit and firing and he should be able to bring plenty to the midfield next year in League One.
Indeed, that seems to be his focus judging by recent comments shared by the club’s official Twitter account, with him giving a positive update ahead of the new season in terms of how he is feeling physically:

The Owls have an early stern test against Charlton Athletic on the opening day next month, and that should be an indicator of just where they are against a side that is expected to challenge for promotion next season.
Certainly, if they have players like Luongo in their side performing well and regularly involved on the pitch, the Owls have every chance of doing something good this season and we’ll just have to see how that pans out.
Many, too, will just want to see a player of Luongo’s ability back on the pitch and doing what he does best.
