Derby County reached the Championship play-off final with a thrilling win over Leeds United at Elland Road last night.

Mason Mount scored a spectacular goal just moments into the second-half, as the Rams came from 2-0 down on aggregate to reach the final, where they will face Aston Villa at Wembley later this month.

The photos show Mount celebrating his goal with teammate Harry Wilson and the players celebrating on the pitch at Elland Road after the full-time whistle.

Mount has had an outstanding campaign for Derby after joining on a season-long loan from Chelsea in the summer, scoring eleven goals and providing six assists for his teammates in 43 appearances in all competitions.
