Derby County and Nottingham Forest have traditionally played out a fiercely contested East Midlands derby.
However, even more was at stake in the most recent league meeting between the two sides.
With their respective goals (Derby have an outside chance of reaching the play-offs and Nottingham Forest were caught in a relegation battle) still yet to be achieved, both teams gambled and brought in new managers ahead of the international break.
Derby County beat off widespread competition to land the highly rated young English manager Gary Rowett, who was most recently at Birmingham City.
Nottingham Forest swooped for former Brentford man Mark Warburton, who recently parted ways with Rangers.
The game ended 2-2 and since then, both managers have overseen some upturn in fortunes.
Warburton looks to have guided Nottingham Forest to safety, providing that he picks up one or two more wins.
Rowett has won all his games since the Forest clash but Derby look unlikely to reach the play-offs.
But who is the better manger?
You decide: Gary Rowett or Mark Warburton?
