Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa insists his side will not underestimate Hull City on Tuesday evening and is well aware of City's leading scorer Jarrod Bowen's threat.

United host the Tigers on Tuesday evening looking to make it seven wins in a row and to maintain the gap between themselves and the play-off places.

City ended United's winning run last December, when a Bowen brace handed the Tigers a 2-0 victory at Elland Road just four days after Christmas.

The Tigers sit just two points outside the play-off places and have picked up some impressive victories on the road this term, including wins at Nottingham Forest and Fulham.

Although Marcelo Bielsa's men are favourites for Tuesday's clash, the Argentine is more than aware of the threat the Tigers and in particular Jarrod Bowen will pose his side.

As quoted by Leeds Live, Bielsa said: "You know how he (Bowen) plays, he is a very good player who unbalances the play easily. And he scores because he has a good shot."

When discussing how to stop Bowen scoring, Bielsa said: "Always we prevent the team how to avoid risk from the opponent when they attack, our defensive way of defending does not change, what changes is the level of the attacker.

"We don't underestimate inferior opponents so our strategy is always we prepare ourselves for the worst situation. In this case he’s a great attacker but we keep working in the same strategy and try to improve this strategy." Bowen has scored 14 goals in 20 Championship appearances for the Tigers so far this season and has an impressive six goals in his last four matches. The Verdict It will certainly be an interesting match-up tonight as one of the Championship's hottest attacking properties goes toe-to-toe with the division's best defence. Marcelo Bielsa will have no doubt meticulously prepared for Tuesday evening fixture and in particular how to deal with the threat of Bowen and should United manage to counter that threat of Bowen, they could be on for another clean-sheet. City are the third highest scorers in the Championship so far this term and United will have to provide another rigorous defensive display if they are to come out on top for the seventh successive game.   How well do you remember Leeds United's number 9s?
