Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds side have been the early pace-setters in the Championship this season, and with his side currently sat top of the table, all of the pressure is likely to be on the Whites at the weekend.

Leeds moved back to the summit with a 2-0 win over Ipswich in midweek, thanks to goals from Kemar Roofe and Liam Cooper.

But his side face a much tougher task to get three points this weekend when they face Nottingham Forest at Elland Road and the Reds will certainly fancy their chances.

Speaking a press conference ahead of their clash against Aitor Karanka's side, Bielsa is wary of the threat that the Reds pose to his side at the weekend.

'From what I have seen of the opponent they have good players, especially the offensive players and in midfield.

'It's a team that has developed very well it's system of play. It didn't appear to me a violent team.'

Forest are currently mounting their own charge up the table and are just four points behind Leeds in the league table, despite being out of the play-off positions currently.

The likes of Lewis Grabban and Joe Lolley have been on fire this season for Karanka's side as they have shown that they should certainly be taken seriously in their battle for the top six.

The Verdict:

Marcelo Bielsa has every right to be wary of the threat that Nottingham Forest are going to pose to his side on Saturday.

Forest have already seen off the likes of Middlesbrough and Sheffield Wednesday so they will have to be taken seriously by Bielsa's side.

It's bound to be a fiercely contested battle at Elland Road but I can see Leeds edging this one.
