Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed that Manchester City loanee Jack Harrison will be unavailable for the Whites' trip to Blackburn Rovers on Saturday afternoon, reports Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Phil Hay.

The winger, as well as Luke Ayling through suspension and Barry Douglas through a hamstring injury will be out of action when Bielsa's men look to get back to winning ways on Saturday afternoon, after a short international break.

21-year old Harrison has made twelve appearances in all competitions for Leeds this season, and has performed well on the flanks for Leeds in the absence of Pablo Hernandez.

Luckily enough for Leeds, the Spaniard looks set to make a return to first-team action soon, with Harrison out with a "muscular injury", but will be "back next week".

Leeds have won just one of their last four league games, and will be looking to reclaim a place in the automatic promotion places after a disappointing run of late.

The Verdict

It's such a rollercoaster at Leeds United in terms of injuries.

One minute everything looks fine, with the likes of Hernandez and Kemar Roofe close to returning, but then the Yorkshire club takes another step back with the news that Harrison will be out for the game at Blackburn.
