Nottingham Forest ground out an excellent point in their first outing since parting company with Mark Warburton, as the Reds put in a sterling defensive showing to keep out Leeds United at Elland Road.

The Reds were good value for the point too, and they will be delighted with the showing, especially from a defensive point of view, something which has been a bone of contention all season long for Forest as they have shipped too many goals.

Key to that performance today and defensive display was young homegrown talent Joe Worrall, who put in yet another mature display to keep his reputation building. Following the game, Worrall gave an update on twitter about his performance and confirmed he had broken his nose in the process.

Not surprisingly, plenty of Forest fans came out in force to reply to the defender, showing their pleasure at his performance and offering their well wishes to their star man.
