The Irish FA has released a scouting report on Portsmouth forward Ronan Curtis, which has left many fans of the South Coast club to call for him to get another international call up. 

The 23-year-old has been a key player for Kenny Jackett's side this season, scoring 13 goals and providing seven assists.

Curtis' performances have been key to Pompey's recent turn around in League One, with a nine-game winning run helping them to climb up into the top six.

The Irish FA released a scouting report on the recent performances of Curtis and Southampton striker Shane Long.

Long is an experienced campaigner on the international stage, scoring 17 goals in 82 appearances for the Republic of Ireland.

Curtis, who joined Pompey from Derry City last summer, has appeared three times for his national side but is yet to find the net.

The 23-year-old clearly appreciated the Irish FA keeping tabs on him and posted this update on Twitter.

Clearly, he is a popular figure amongst the Fratton Park faithful as plenty of fans of the South Coast club have been quick to call for him to get another international call up.
