Wolverhampton Wanderers are yet to taste any sort of excitement this season with the club currently lingering seven points above the drop and the 3-1 defeat to Norwich City at the weekend won’t have helped make the cause any better.

However, I am sure manager Paul Lambert will be looking up the table rather than down and there’s still plenty of points to be won or lost so anything can happen.

The Championship side have made two promising signings this month with Austrian winger Andreas Weimann joining on loan from Derby County and Haiti international forward Duckens Nazon on a deal until the end of the season.

As I previously said, there’s plenty of points to be picked up between now and the first week of May so Wolves will be looking to try their best at shocking a few to make a late push for the play-offs.

They will need a few more players to sign to do that, but here are two that they must snap up to make a late bid for the top six…
