Fulham recorded back-to-back victories just once last season but they will look to do so tonight as they visit Huddersfield Town.

Parker was the man who oversaw Fulham winning three games in a row at the end of last season and despite a setback against Barnsley on the opening day they are beginning to find their feet in the division.

Victory against Blackburn was not only pleasing due to The Cottagers picking up their first points of the season, but also their first clean sheet, and a repeat of that against the Terriers could see them turn a corner of an area which plagued them last season.

They conceded an alarming 81 goals in the Premier League and worryingly they have continued with the same defensive personnel this season, only without their best defender from the last campaign - Calum Chambers.

Despite that, they have added protection for the defence in Harry Arter, and he enjoyed a fine start to life at Craven Cottage with a man of the match display in the 2-0 victory over Blackburn.

It is likely that, due to that success, Parker will continue with an unchanged starting line-up, but there could be a new face on the bench in the form of Josh Onomah.

Fulham's team looks very strong on paper and it helps that there is a lot of continuity from last season, and with the former Spurs man on the bench they have someone who could have a big impact if necessary.

The forwards, though, are still taking their time to gel and it may be a few games until they are fluid and working together in the way Parker envisions.

Aleksandar Mitrovic grabbed his first goal of the season against Rovers and that will give him and the rest of the squad a big boost. He was pivotal to getting Fulham out of the division in 2018 and he could be just as important this year, so the sooner they get him scoring, the better.

The return of Stefan Johansen to the first-team following a loan spell at West Brom has unsurprisingly coincided with Fulham dominating possession and creating chances.

The Dane failed to hit top form in the Premier League but he was highly influential in the promotion season, scoring eight and assisting eight, so if he can show that form tonight Fulham will be in with a great chance of winning.

The key for Fulham though could be Anthony Knockaert. The winger flourishes in the Championship, particularly against Huddersfield. In his eight games against Town he has been the victor on six occasions, and scored five in the process - the most he has scored against any team, along with Sheffield Wednesday.

Fulham's midfield three should win the midfield battle and dominate possession, and with the forwards all able to conjure up moments of magic it is only the defence which would be a concern, but judging from Huddersfield's insipid attack so far this season, they may have little to worry about.
