Queens Park Rangers defender Toni Leistner is set for a loan-move to Cologne for the rest of the season, according to West London Sport.

The 29-year-old has had a tough spell under Mark Warburton - the ex-Brentford boss tried to move Leistner on in the summer, and stripped him of his captaincy going into the start of the Championship campaign.

He worked his way back into the team, but has since lost his starting spot to Conor Masterson - the Irishman made his debut against Swansea in the FA Cup earlier in the month, and has been impressive ever since.

Now though it looks like Leistner, who has 18-months left on his current QPR contract, will head to Bundesliga side Cologne on-loan for the remainder of the season.
