The EFL have recently announced that fixtures won't get back underway until it is deemed safe enough to do so by the relevant authorities.

This allows players and fans the opportunity to look back on some fond memories that they have experienced in the past with their respective clubs with more free time available on a daily basis.

Charlton Athletic forward Lyle Taylor has been doing just that, and relived the League Two Play-Off Final whilst playing for AFC Wimbledon.

The Dons won the game 2-0 courtesy of goals from Taylor and Adebayo Akinfenwa to win promotion into League One back in the 2015/16 season.

Taylor stuck with AFC Wimbledon for another two seasons, before making the move to Charlton Athletic, where he went on to play a key role in their promotion-winning season into the Championship last season.

The Addicks are currently struggling in their efforts to avoid a swift drop back into League One though, and Taylor will be hoping that he can play his part in their survival bid this term.

The Verdict:

This was a memorable day for AFC Wimbledon.

They really impressed me in that season, and were fully deserving of winning promotion into League One at the time. Taylor showed that season that we was more than good enough to be playing at a higher level than he was at the time.

Therefore, it didn't come as a surprise to see him move to Charlton Athletic later down the line, and once again, he played his part in the Addicks winning promotion into the Championship.

He's a player with real talent, who AFC Wimbledon could certainly benefit from having in their squad at this moment in time.
