Burnley will be looking to strengthen their position at the Championship summit but will be fully aware that they are set for a tough test.

The Clarets travel to East Anglia for a 12:30 clash against Norwich City, with the Canaries showing signs of improvement under recently-appointed boss David Wagner.

Vincent Kompany's side proved to be busy in the January transfer window and it will be interesting to see which new additions are involved when tomorrow afternoon comes around.

Competition levels within the squad remain extremely high for the Lancashire club, meaning team selections are just as difficult for Kompany as they were in the earlier stages of this season.

Here, we take a look at how the Clarets could line up for tomorrow's trip to Norfolk...

Arijanet Muric was rested for last weekend's FA Cup clash at Ipswich Town, with Bailey Peacock-Farrell coming in and doing a steady job, however, upon their immediate return to East Anglia, it will likely be Arijanet Muric who is selected in-between the sticks.

Ian Maatsen, who has played a lot of football already this season, was also rested against the Tractor Boys and it will be no surprise if he is brought back into the starting XI.

It was Charlie Taylor who occupied the left-back role at Portman Road but in the continued absence of Taylor Harwood-Bellis, he could be deployed as a left-sided centre-back.

Alongside him will likely be Jordan Beyer who has been a consistent performer for the Clarets since arriving from Borussia Mönchengladbach earlier in the campaign.

Onto the midfield and Samuel Bastien is likely to be handed another opportunity alongside Josh Cullen as Jack Cork is still serving a two-game suspension for picking up 10 yellow cards.

Into the attacking positions and the fearsome duo of Nathan Tella and Anass Zaroury will likely be deployed on the wings, and despite excellent competition from Scott Twine, Josh Brownhill may be the preferred choice against the Canaries.

Lyle Foster could be handed his first start for the Championship table-toppers, although it is another position where Burnley sees good levels of competition, with Ashley Barnes also pushing for selection, whilst Michael Obafemi has strengthened the striking department too.
