Sky Bet League One leaders Luton Town are interested in signing Preston North End striker Louis Moult in the summer, according to reports from reliable journalist Alan Nixon.
The Hatters, after a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday, remain well in the hunt for promotion to the Championship, and it seems as if Mick Harford is already eyeing up signings that will help sustain their position in the league should they achieve promotion.
LUTON. Keeping a close eye on striker Louis Moult at PRESTON for summer.

Moult signed for North End last January from Scottish Premier League side Motherwell, where the forward scored 49 goals in just under 100 games for the club.
But the powerful forward has since made just 11 league starts for Alex Neil’s men, and has scored five goals in 21 games for the Lancashire outfit this term in a season where he has endured countless problems with injury.
Luton already have a plethora of magnificent strikers in their ranks, with the likes of Danny Hylton, Elliot Lee and James Collins on the books at Kenilworth Road – the latter took his tally up to 19 goals for the season in all competitions at the weekend.
I think Moult could be a fantastic signing for Luton in the summer, and would definitely score goals for them if they were promoted to the Championship.
The way Luton play, it is easy for strikers to score goals, as shown by James Collins scoring almost 20 goals this season already.
Jason Cummings is only on loan at Luton, so Moult could be the perfect replacement for him, too.
