The Verdict

After losing five of their previous six league games, QPR desperately needed to get back on track yesterday in order to remain in play-off contention.

Whereas it could be argued that the R's will need to win all of their remaining fixtures in order to extend their season past the 46 game mark, their triumph over Derby may provide them with some much-needed momentum heading into their clashes with Stoke, Sheffield United and Swansea City.

Amos will fancy his chances of making a difference in these fixtures after scoring three goals in his last four appearances for QPR.

As well as finding the back of the net in yesterday's clash, Amos managed to complete 84.4% of his passes and made three successful dribbles against the Rams as he recorded a WhoScored match rating of 7.50.
