Despite a 1-0 win in the week over Bolton Wanderers, it has done little to paper over the cracks at Sheffield Wednesday and relieve the pressure on Owls manager Jos Luhukay, ahead of the trip to Ewood Park this weekend.

Luhukay dropped striker Fernando Forestieri to the subs bench for the Bolton clash, but he came on at half-time and it wasn't until 57 mins that Tom Lees scored the winner.

So should Fernando Forestieri start for Sheffield Wed this weekend?

We discuss.....

Jay Taylor

I think he needs to, despite their win over Bolton in midweek.

Sheffield Wednesday lacked urgency and any sort of penetration in the final third - and Fernando Forestieri gives them that.

Jos Luhukay is clinging to his job, so it is now or never to get a response, performance and another result from his players.

And to do that, they will need Forestieri in their attack.

Gary Hutchinson

I think he has to.

They’re in dire need of something and when he wants to be that something, he’s exciting.

I suspect there’s a deeper problem there, he looked moody and sulky on Tuesday night.

Luhukay has to play him though, but he has to motivate him too.

George Harbey

They clearly need something up front, so I don’t see why not.

Despite winning 1-0 against Bolton, Wednesday looked shy in front of goal and need someone who can create something out of nothing.

Forestieri is that man.
