Lucas Joao has hilariously mocked team-mate Fernando Forestieri for his latest bold fashion choice, which will certainly raise eyebrows amongst the Sheffield Wednesday supporters.

The forward posted a video on his Instagram of the striker's somewhat interesting choice of socks coming into Friday's training and evidently wasn't impressed.

This isn't the first time that Joao has ripped into his team-mate over his interesting socks, as he posted a similar video earlier in the month, voicing his concerns over Forestieri's fashion sense.

Joao will be hoping for a start in his natural striking position this weekend, when Sheffield Wednesday take on Rotherham United this weekend at the New York Stadium.

The 25-year-old has nine league goals to his name from just 13 starts, and he is surely going to be frustrated to be playing out wide in recent matches.

Forestieri will be keen to find his scoring boots on his return from a lengthy injury spell out, and if he can, then the Owls will certainly fire themselves up the league table.

The Verdict:

He's certainly got an interesting collection, hasn't he!

Surely he's got to go for a simple option with one colour, but Forestieri wants to be standing out clearly.

Both Joao and Forestieri are going to be key to helping the Owls move up the league table, after a disappointing first-half of the season under Jos Luhukay.
