‘Love him’, ‘Immense’ – Plenty of Stoke City fans are loving one man’s recent display v Blackburn Rovers

Stoke City picked up a crucial three points on Saturday afternoon, as they ran out narrow 1-0 winners over Blackburn Rovers at the bet365 Stadium.
Nick Powell’s goal after just six minutes proved to be the difference between the two teams on the day, with Stoke now sat seventh in the Championship table.
The Potters have impressed in this year’s campaign, and showcased their defensive resilience against an attacking Blackburn Rovers side on Saturday.
Michael O’Neill’s side are level on points with sixth-placed Middlesbrough, and will fancy their chances of breaking into the play-off positions before the turn of the New Year.
One player that caught the eye against Blackburn with a strong performance was midfielder Jordan Cousins, who played the full 90 minutes against the Lancashire-based side.
Cousins signed for the club in the summer of 2019, and has made 11 first-team appearances in all competitions for Stoke in this year’s campaign.
Plenty of Stoke supporters took to social media to praise Cousins for his recent showing against Blackburn Rovers.
