Swindon Town will be hoping to secure their spot at Wembley when they travel to Port Vale tonight, in the second leg of the semi-finals of the League Two play-offs with the Robins running out as 2-1 winners during the reverse fixture on Sunday.

A Harry McKirdy brace pushed the hosts into a commanding lead at The County Ground before an 83rd minute James Wilson goal halved the deficit.

In what is set to be an exciting second-leg at Vale Park, it remains to be seen how Ben Garner will approach this clash and whether the usual 4-3-3 could be deemed slightly too attacking for a game of his magnitude.

Garner has shown flexibility and adaptability throughout this campaign, deploying different formations with varying levels of success.

The Robins also have a fully fit squad to choose from for this evening's clash in Staffordshire, a massive boost that not many other clubs in the play-offs have been blessed with.

Here, we take a look at how Garner's side could line up tonight...

Jojo Wollacott has enjoyed an excellent season, however, Lewis Ward came into the side a few weeks back and has entered almost undroppable form, meaning it could be the former Exeter City shot-stopper who continues in-between the sticks tonight.

Mandela Egbo made the right-back position his during the concluding stages of the campaign, and for that reason, he is likely to hold on to that position against the Valiants.

The intelligence and experience of Mathieu Baudry complements the more athletic Dion Conroy, with the pair strong candidates to be deployed as a defensive duo.

Ellis Inadolo featured 44 times in the 46-game season for the Robins this season, providing defensive stability and attacking threat, and he should be rewarded with another start.

Now, this is where things start to get very interesting, a midfield three of Louis Reed, Jonny Williams and Jack Payne appear to be some sort of cheat code, with the one limitation being that it seems very attacking.

However, the Robins can not just soak up pressure for 90 minutes and will need to be sharp and precise on the break, something that the trio will certainly help with.

Harry McKirdy has been an important, and consistent source of goals this season and will be deployed off the right, should they remain operating within a 4-3-3.

Louie Barry is the likely candidate on the opposite flank, with Josh Davison likely to be down the middle.
