Sheffield Wednesday have been revitalised and rejuvenated after parting company with Jos Luhukay, securing a second successive win yesterday against Wigan Athletic at Hillsborough.

The Owls were dismal under Luhukay, but have rallied since he's left with a number of players finding a new lease of life. Some were cast aside by the Dutchman, but have excelled on their return to the first eleven.

Sam Hutchinson and Keiren Westwood are two who have been strong in recent weeks, but left back Morgan Fox drew special praise for his performance yesterday.

Fox only played nine times this season under the former manager, but he now has 17 appearances to his name and is looking more assured and confident with every kick. Wigan rarely threatened yesterday and a clean sheet was just reward for Fox and the rest of the Owls' defence.

The 25-year old has started 49 league matches since his switch from Charlton, but if he keeps up his current levels he'll see that figure increase significantly in the coming weeks and months.

His endeavour is being appreciated by the fans as well, who have been on social media talking up his performance.
