Nottingham Forest striker Ben Beretorn is a target for Premier League Liverpool, according to the Sun.
The 17-year-old has been one of the more positive notes to come out of Forest this season, and he already has three senior goals to his name since making his debut earlier in the campaign.
However, this form now appears to have attracted the interest of Liverpool and their manager Jurgen Klopp, who will be hoping he can convince the young star to make the move to the North West.
Brereton is yet another young player to come off the production line at Nottingham Forest, who have a rich history of producing top young players. The news of Liverpool’s interest will no doubt be of worry to Forest fans, who saw fellow academy graduate Ollie Burke sold to Leipzig earlier on in the season.
Forest are currently embroiled in a scrap against relegation from the Championship, and following their 1-0 loss to Burton Albion yesterday, find themselves in real danger of heading back to League One.
Forest fans, what do you think to this news? How much should you value Brereton at? Let us know!
