Ryan Sessegnon is set to be in the Premier League next season one way or the other now with Fulham getting promoted.

Indeed, to the joy of the Craven Cottage faithful they surely now have a good chance of keeping him this summer - where Liverpool and Spurs had been among those keen.

How will it impact their interest, then? We take a look...

Alfie Burns

I think they’ll both hold off for a year now Fulham have been promoted.

Sessegnon is going to cost £50m+, which is a risk for a player who hasn’t been tested in the top-flight.

Liverpool and Spurs should cool their interest and see how he adapts.

Jay Williams

Now that Fulham have gone up, it is best that Sessegnon stays for the sake of his career.

If he can replicate his form and get even better with game time in the Premier League, then he could complete a big-money move to a major club.

But for now, he needs to progress in a familiar environment and he seems very settled as the star man at Craven Cottage.

Ben Barkworth

Sessegnon seems happy at Fulham, so the promotion to the Premier League is likely to have ended any chance of Liverpool or Tottenham signing him for the immediate future.

Chris Gallagher

He should stay at Fulham now.

Sessegnon needs to be playing week in, week out and that won't happen at the elite clubs even though he is talented.

Playing with Fulham in the Premier League is ideal for his development.
