Millwall's FA Cup run in 2019-2020 might have been over before it started, but the Lions have enjoyed plenty of iconic moments in football's oldest club competitions over the years.

Despite reaching three semi-finals in their early history, the Millwall's love affair with the competition started properly when they reached the final against all odds before losing to Manchester United in Cardiff.

The Lions had knocked out Tranmere Rovers in the last eight before Tim Cahill's winner at Old Trafford in the semi-finals against Sunderland sent Dennis Wise's men to their first and only FA Cup final in the club's history.

But since then, Millwall fans have been treated to plenty more memorable games.

The victories over Watford, AFC Bournemouth and Premier League champions Leicester City in the run to the quarter-finals in 2016-2017 were unforgettable and Shane Ferguson's stunning late brace in the third-round win over Hull City wasn't bad, either.

But the fourth-round success over Everton in 2018-2019 was special. The Lions found 2-1 behind with 15 minutes remaining against a Blues side including the likes of Jordan Pickford, Andre Gomes, Richarlison and Gyfil Sigurdsson, but struck twice in the final quarter, including a last-gasp Murray Wallace strike to send The Den into absolute delirium and Millwall into the fifth-round.

Wallace's late winner was posted on their official Twitter account this morning and it's safe to say it went down a treat with Lions supporters.....
