Leeds United have been dealt a transfer blow as it emerged that Juventus are unwilling to loan out Moise Kean, according to CalcioMarcatio via Inside Futbol.

Kean has struggled for regular game time this season, and he was being linked with a loan move to Leeds for the remainder of this year's campaign.

However, Kean did feature in Juventus' 2-0 over Bologna in the Coppa Italia at the weekend, where the striker scored the 2nd goal on the night to double Juventus' lead.

But Juventus boss, Massimiliano Allegri is seemingly unwilling to let the promising youngster move out on loan anytime soon.

It is understood that Allegri seems Kean as a crucial member of his squad, and is seen as the only like-for-like replacement for Mario Mandzukic this season.

But how big of a blow is this latest transfer update for Leeds?

We discuss....

Gary Hutchinson:

"Seriously? Like this was ever going to happen.

"Leeds can hardly be disappointed that one of Italy’s most exciting talents isn’t going to grace the turf at Rotherham and Wigan, can they?

"I could never see this happening and saying their disappointed is like me saying I’m disappointed I didn’t get the Holy Grail for Christmas."

Louie Chandler:

"It's a blow as far as they miss out on a transfer target and have wasted some time.

"I think they could probably get someone in who is more proven in the Championship at least to bolster their squad.

"It will be frustrating, but far from the end of the world."

George Harbey:

"He could have been an excellent signing for Leeds.

"He's fast, quick and hungry for goals, and he has plenty of pedigree and experience at such a young age by playing in the Champions League.

"The addition of another striker wouldn't go amiss."
