Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Keiren Westwood had been updating fans on his progress as he makes his way back from injury and it's been met with lots of positive messages.

The 33-year-old keeper was a mainstay of the Owls surge towards two top-six finishes in succession, but he suffered a groin injury after just 18 matches last season which ruled him out for the entire campaign.

He's tweeted four pictures of himself, laughing and joking in pre-season training, as well as claiming to have had two good weeks of training behind him. He's claiming to be 'working hard, feeling great,' as he looks to return to the first-team picture in the upcoming campaign.

The Owls finished 15th in the table last season, disappointing given their top-six finishes in the previous campaigns. Westwood played 77 times in those two successful seasons and his return was met with lots of positive responses from Wednesday fans.
