The signing of Ivan Sunjic certainly had Birmingham City fans feeling very excited in the summer.
The Croatian arrived with big expectations placed upon his shoulders straight away, arriving from Dinamo Zagreb for a reported fee of around £6.3m on a five-year deal.
The 22-year-old was clearly an exciting addition for Blues having played in the Europa League last term, and he would have been hoping to become a key player under Pep Clotet this term
Since his move to St. Andrew’s, though, Sunjic has divided opinions. He has made a total of 32 appearances for the West Midlands side in all competitions, with 29 of those coming in the Championship.
