Sky Bet League Two outfit Leyton Orient are set to lose Shane Lowry amid interest from a number of clubs including Birmingham and Wigan, according to HITC.
The former Aston Villa defender has a clause in his contract that allows him to leave the club on a free as a result of their relegation.
He failed to establish himself at Villa Park and spent time on loan in the Championship with a number of clubs as well as having a spell in League One with Leeds.
After joining Millwall on loan, he signed a permanent deal in January 2012, and after two-and -a-half seasons he was released and he joined Orient last summer.
However, Orient have been getting rid of their highest earners this summer, and Lowry is now set to depart to further reduce their costs.
Orient currently sit at the top of Sky Bet League Two after an excellent start to their 2015/16 campaign, and they have won all for of the matches they have played – scoring an impressive 11 goals in the process.
