Football League World are running a poll to find out who you think the biggest club in East Anglia is, Norwich City or Ipswich Town?

It's Norwich who have dominated East Anglia in recent years, with their Suffolk rivals Ipswich failing to beat them in their last eight attempts.

The Tractor Boys' last victory over Norwich was in 2009, Jon Stead scoring what turned out to be the winner as Ipswich came out on top in a 3-2 win.

Ipswich have been in the Championship for 15 seasons now, and in that time, Norwich have been from the Premier League, down to League One and back up to the Premier League.

In 2014, the Canaries were relegated from the top flight but defeated Middlesbrough in the play-off final a year later to once again  bounce back to the promised land. However, Norwich's stay in the Premier League was short-lived and they were relegated last season.

Ipswich do have history on their side however, the Tractor Boys have a Division One title, an FA Cup and a UEFA Cup in their trophy cabinet.

The only major silverware Norwich have to their name are a couple of League Cups which they won in 1962 and 1985.

This season, both clubs have struggled.

The two meetings between the sides both finished 1-1, whilst neither side fulfilled their promotion ambitions.

Mick McCarthy's men languish in the bottom half of the table whereas Norwich, under the caretaker management of Alan Irvine following Alex Neil's sacking are in 10th place.
