Plenty of Nottingham Forest fans have taken to social media to discuss whether the club should offload John Bostock this month, amid reported interest from Charlton Athletic.

Bostock joined Forest on a season-long from Toulouse in the summer, but the experienced midfielder has struggled for game time since arriving at the City Ground.

The 27-year-old has made five appearances for Forest in all competitions this season, but he's made just one start in the Championship. He hasn't featured for the club since the end of November and has failed to make the squad for the last seven matches.

It appears as though Bostock's spell at the City Ground could be cut short in January and Football Insider reported recently that Lee Bowyer's Charlton are interested in taking the midfielder on loan for the second half of the season.

City Ground HQ on Twitter asked Forest supporters whether the club should try to offload Bostock in January, amid the reported interest from Charlton.

Plenty of Forest fans were quick to respond to the question and it's fair to say that many of those who did thought it would be a sensible decision for the club to let him go.
