Leeds United’s miserable form in the Sky Bet Championship is no secret, with Thomas Christiansen’s side on a gradual slide down the division, having suffered seven defeats in their last nine league fixtures, a stark contrast to the form they showed at the start of the season.

The Whites enter this weekend’s fixtures in 10th, but will be looking to end their miserable run against an in-form Middlesbrough side at Elland Road on Sunday afternoon.

Boro have won their last three, which has moved them into the top-six, and Leeds’ Pontus Jansson has called on the club’s supporters to get behind Christiansen’s side tomorrow, with the 26-year-old insisting it will give them the best chance of picking up a positive result against the Teessiders.
