Premier League Leicester City have joined Stoke City in the race to sign exciting Luton full-back James Justin.

The 21-year-old has established himself as one of the most exciting players in the Football League after his remarkable form for the Hatters over the past few years.

And, he's certainly caught the eye, with several clubs linked with a move for the player, including Stoke City who are managed by Nathan Jones, who has worked with Justin at Kenilworth Road before leaving for Staffordshire earlier this year.

However, it appears that the Potters will have a battle to land the youngster with the Foxes showing an interest according to Sun journalist Alan Nixon.

Despite the obvious appeal of joining a top-flight side, Nixon does also state that first-team football will be a factor for Justin, which will give Stoke hope as game time for Brendan Rodgers' side will be a tough ask initially at least.

As mentioned, the chance to link up with Jones again at the bet365 stadium may also be a decisive factor.

The Verdict

Despite Luton's promotion to the Championship it does seem inevitable that they will lose Justin this summer and you can understand why he is in-demand.

He is a very good player and has the potential to get even better and he will surely be excited about moving to a bigger club in the coming months.

But, he is a big decision to make about where to go and you would hope he looks to move to a team that will give him regular football to help his development.
