Leeds United winger Jack Harrison has

The Manchester City loanee came on as substitute in last night’s convincing 3-0 win over Reading at the Madjeski to make his 28th appearance of the season.

Alongside a photograph of himself against the Royals, the caption simply read 'game by game' as the Whites prepare for the final nine matches of the season.

The match was over by half-time in an incredibly one sided affair, with Mateusz Klich setting the tone, finding the net on the 14th minute, finishing cooly from Luke Ayling’s cutback.

Hernandez killed the game off on his own, first curling home a brilliant effort to make it 2-0 before adding a third two minutes before half-time time, with a brutal low finish.

It is a result that sees the Whites climb back to the summit of the Championship table ahead of this weekend’s crunch match with Sheffield United.

The verdict

The quality of Harrison’s season has gone under the radar somewhat this season.

He has not dazzled on too many occasions but has been a reliable performer down the left-hand side for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

I doubt he will be signed permanently, however.
