It was Tyler Roberts' turn to participate in Leeds United's weekly Q&A session this week as the players continue to work towards a potential EFL return on the 20th of June.

The attacking midfielder answered a series of questions ranging from his favourite of flavour of Magnum ice cream, to what winning promotion to the Premier League would mean for the players.

One question that caught the eye of Leeds' fans was which player does he think is better out of Pablo Hernandez and Wales teammate Gareth Bale.

Despite his club allegiances to Hernandez, Roberts opted to go with Bale, who he has played alongside on a number of occasions for Wales.

Via Leeds' official Twitter account, Roberts said: "I have got to go with Bale.

"Pablo is a special player and done a lot of great things.Bale is just in a different world to most players in the world, isn't he? So it has to be Bale."

Roberts has been limited to making only 14 Championship appearances this season, but the 21-year-old has still managed to chip in with three goals including a brace against Hull City in late February.

He will be hoping to continue that form as Leeds gear up for a potential return to EFL action, as they look to secure a long-awaited, memorable return to the Premier League.

The Verdict

This would have been a tough question for Roberts to answer as Hernandez is an unbelievable player who has been exceptional for Leeds particularly under Marcelo Bielsa.

But loyalties aside, Bale is a world superstar who has thrived at the highest level and he takes the crown this time around.

Hernandez and Roberts will be hoping to help Leeds get over the line as the country starts to return to normality.
