Championship side Leeds United are set to make a surprise move for Bournemouth striker Glenn Murray, according Kick Off.

The 32-year-old striker only joined the Cherries over the summer, but has failed to make a massive impression at the club, only scoring three goals in 10 appearances.

Murray played with Crystal Palace and most recently on loan at Reading, and has scored 38 goals in his last 60 appearances.

Steve Evans is looking to add more goals to his team this month and more Premier League experience.

Murray could be keen on a move away from the Vitality Stadium this month, after Eddie Howe bought in strikers Benik Afobe from Wolves and Lewis Grabban from Norwich City.

However the sale of Yann Kermorgant to Reading could see him rise up the pecking order.

Leeds United will be hoping to make more additions to their squad in order to make a late play off push.
