Leeds and Nottingham Forest are chasing young Italian goalkeeper Francesco Anacoura, with the 21-year-old currently playing for Juventus in the youth ranks, according to TMW.
With Buffon of course the first choice keeper at Juventus, Anacoura has been getting game time through loan deals in the lower division.
He had a sustained spell at Cuneo and last season spent his time at third tier Rimini.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Leeds and Nottigham Forest are both tracking the youngster hoping for a loan deal when he returns to Turin this summer.
He came through the youth ranks at Parma and signed a five-year deal at Juventus and is clearly highly valued as a possible successor to Buffon.
Leeds and Forest are interested in adding depth to their goalkeeping ranks with new Leeds manager Garry Monk keen to strengthen as soon as possible.
Young Italian keeper Marco Silvestri is the Number 1 currently at Leeds, but he did struggle last season and Anacoura could give him some competition next season and with Leeds having an Italian chairman and Sporting Director, they may be the front runners.
